Only when the agreed assembly scope includes them. State framing, insulation, board, finishing, and accessory coverage so suppliers and subcontractors can price the same package.
How are door openings treated?
Use an explicit measurement convention. An opening may reduce board area while adding jamb framing, headers, trims, returns, and finishing. The takeoff should account for the full detail.
Are painting and firestopping included?
