The request form currently stays local
The form keeps entered details and selected files in the memory of the current browser page. It does not upload files or transmit an inquiry while the delivery endpoint and approved business policies are unconfigured. Leaving or reloading the page can clear the form; a browser may independently offer autofill.
A downloaded brief is saved through your browser to your device. It contains the details you entered and the selected file names, but not the plan files themselves. Manage that local download according to your own requirements.
Calculators and downloads
Calculator inputs are used in the current browser session. The calculators do not send their inputs to an external pricing service, save them to a database, or place orders. Download buttons generate local text or CSV files using the displayed information.
Site event hooks are available for future analytics integration, but no third-party analytics account has been configured. The hooks intentionally exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, file contents, and scope notes.
Website delivery and external links
The website uses local font and image assets. Its hosting provider may process technical requests and access information as part of delivering and protecting the site. Any owner-only authentication used by the hosting platform is governed by that platform's arrangements.
Links to municipal, industry, and other external sources open resources with their own privacy practices. Those sites are not controlled by Construction Estimating Arizona.
Before live collection is enabled
Any future live inquiry or file-upload service must define the purposes of collection, service providers, retention periods, access controls, deletion process, and applicable privacy terms. The receiving service must also implement server-side validation and secure document handling.
The current website does not automatically transmit the request-form fields or selected files. This notice must be updated to reflect the actual processing arrangement before a live endpoint is enabled.
