Open calculatorKnow what the tools can establish
These calculators perform defined arithmetic using your inputs. They do not read drawings, select a structural design, establish current prices, or certify a bid. Results should be checked against the project documents and your own commercial assumptions.
The markup tool distinguishes cost-based markup from revenue-based margin. The concrete tool separates net slab volume from a user-selected allowance. Both make their formulas visible and keep your inputs in the current browser session.
Use the result inside a complete scope
A calculated slab volume is only one part of a concrete package. A target margin does not account for costs omitted from the base. Review the concrete estimating guide and cost estimating guide before applying a result to a real proposal.
Additional calculators should be built only when they provide a useful, defensible calculation. A service-fee calculator or regional cost explorer will need verified pricing inputs before it can be published.
